Community Bankers’ Mortgage Forum (CBMF) is a non-profit/not-for-profit professional real estate organization that was founded in 1934. Excluding Summer Months, CBMF meets on a monthly basis to discuss relevant multi-family and commercial real estate related topics and issues generally within the NYC Metro area. The group’s focus is to provide a venue for like-minded and driven industry professionals to exchange current information in the real estate lending business, including any current legislative and economic hot topics relevant to the industry such as financing, changes in law and best practices.
