John specializes in Commercial/Multifamily Real Estate Lending.  His current role is 1st VP, Mortgage Lending Officer in Flagstar Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Lending group, where he has worked since 2020 (through the New York Community Bank merger).  During his time at Flagstar/NYCB, John has successfully worked on 200+ transactions totaling over $1.75 billion.  Previous to his current role, John held various Lending, Underwriting, and Portfolio Management positions in New York Community Bank, Suffolk County National Bank, and Sterling National Bank.  His career in Banking began in 2004 while working for North Fork Bank, and later Capital One Bank in retail banking.
