Matt is a local community lender focusing on real estate transactions via the SBA 7a program and commercial loans for both owner-occupied and investment properties.  His current position is FVP and BDO at NewBank and began his career at Chase then Bank of America 25 years ago before focusing on local/ community lending.  Matt also has experience owning and operating a business and understands firsthand, the struggles and triumphs of business ownership.   Matt has also served on the Board of Directors for  KCS, JDRF, and Associate Board for Recoveringleftovercuisine.org.
