Matt is a commercial lender focusing on real estate transactions via the SBA 7a & SBA 504 programs as well as conventional loans.  His current position is FVP and BDO at Commonwealth Business Bank and began his career at Chase and Bank of America 25 years ago before focusing on local/ community lending.  Matt also has experience owning and operating a business and understands firsthand, the struggles and triumphs of business ownership.
